See how we think, before you spend anything
Most of the questions people bring us can be answered, at least in part, in under an hour. So we do that for free: a small piece of real work, written up, yours to keep whatever you decide.
Our promise
- It is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign.
- The report is yours to keep and share, whatever you decide.
- No sales call unless you ask for one.
- We send one email a week later to ask if it helped. Then we leave you be.

Real work, not a sales brochure
Every first look ends in something written: what we found, why it matters, and what to do first, in plain English. Here is the shape of a website health check.
- Findings you can check for yourself
- The few fixes that matter most, in order
- Nothing held back for a paid version
Four steps, no strings
- 1
You choose one
Pick the first look that fits and tell us where to send it.
- 2
We arrange the rest
A reply to set up a short call or collect a link, whichever it needs.
- 3
A person does the work
With tools where they help, and every finding checked by someone who knows the subject.
- 4
It is yours
Written up in plain English, to keep, share or act on with anyone you like.
Fair questions
What is the catch?
There is none. It is how we would rather meet people: by doing something useful. Some people who get a first look later ask us for more, and that is enough for us.
Will you try to sell me something?
No. There is no sales call unless you ask for one. We send one email about a week later to ask if it helped, and then we leave you be.
Can I share the report, or use it with another supplier?
Yes. It is yours. Many people use it to brief whoever they work with next.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to do the first look and send that one follow-up email. We never add you to the newsletter unless you sign up yourself. The privacy notice has the detail.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. Every first look works from what you show us or what anyone can see from outside. For the security look we ask for written permission first, and we never log in to anything.
What if lots of people ask at once?
We take a set number of free first looks each week, so each one gets proper attention. If this week is full, we tell you by email which week we can start, and you can still say no.
Can I ask for more than one?
Yes, if they cover different things. We keep it to one of each per business a year, so there is time to do each one properly.
Tell us what you would like
Choose a first look and tell us where to send it. We will reply to arrange anything it needs.
