One platform for everyone around an event: hosts, event companies, service providers and guests.

A wedding or a community event has a host, often an event company, a dozen providers and a hundred guests, each using a different app or none. KeytoZ Events puts them on one platform, each with the view they need.

What its AI does

The AI drafts the schedule and the guest messages from the host's plan, answers guests' questions from the event details, and finds each guest's photos in the album, only for guests who turn that on.

You approve anything that matters. How we use AI

From sign-up to running

  1. 1

    The host plans

Create the event, invite guests, send invitation cards and publish the schedule.

  2. 2

    Providers and event companies join

Choose providers from the catalogue. Event companies plan for their clients on the same platform.

  3. 3

Guests see everything in one place

Every event they are invited to, with RSVP, calendar sync, the itinerary, messages and, afterwards, the photos.

Questions people ask

How do I start?

Tell us about your event or your business in Get started, and we will take it from there.

Is face matching on by default?

No. A guest's photos are matched only if that guest turns it on for themselves, and they can turn it off and delete their match at any time. Children are never matched without a parent's consent. We will publish exactly how it works before it opens.

I am a photographer, caterer or decorator. Can I join?

Yes. Providers join the catalogue and get their own website. Tell us what you do in Get started.
