Yes. Agents need a computer, an internet connection and a headset, and can work from any location you approve.
Does it support medical answering services?
Yes. EVS7 states Fox is HIPAA compliant and offers a Business Associate Agreement on request.
Can it work with AI agents?
Yes. Optional AI voice agents can take overflow and after-hours calls, while your people handle the rest in the same system.
What phone carrier do we need?
A compatible SIP trunk carrier. EVS7 keeps a list of supported carriers, and we help you choose and connect one.
