AI is a tool. A person is always accountable.

These rules apply to every KeytoZ product and every project, so you always know what the AI does and who answers for it.

Six rules for AI, no exceptions

  1. 1

    We name the job

Every product says in one sentence what its AI does. We never just say a product "uses AI".

  2. 2

The AI drafts, a person approves

Anything that spends money, leaves the building or cannot be undone waits for a person to approve it.

  3. 3

    The AI shows its working

What it read, what it changed, and how to undo it.

  4. 4

    Zee says it is AI

Zee, the assistant in our products, says it is AI in its first message and hands over to a person for prices, complaints and personal data.

  5. 5

    People speak for KeytoZ

Prices, quotes, contracts, apologies and incident updates always come from a person, never from AI.

  6. 6

    No invented anything

No made-up facts, reviews, quotes or people. Where AI voices or images are used in our videos, we say so.

What the AI does, product by product

  • KeytoZ Websites

The AI reads your current site or your brand kit and drafts the pages. You change them by chat or by hand, and nothing is published until you approve it.

  • KeytoZ Edu

The AI reads each fee payment, issues the receipt and drafts the reminder for an overdue fee. A person at the institute sends it.

  • KeytoZ Events

The AI drafts the schedule and the guest messages from the host's plan, answers guests' questions from the event details, and finds each guest's photos in the album, only for guests who turn that on.

Could you just use AI for this?

Sometimes, yes. Kay asks the doubts people bring to us. Zee, who is AI, answers them straight.

Use AI yourself where a rough result is fine. Bring us in where it has to be right.

  • KayAI can write the code now. Why pay engineers?

ZeeIt can, and we use it every day to move faster. It does not know your business, your users or your data, and it is not there when something breaks on a busy morning. We are, and we answer for what ships.

  • KayI made something with AI. It looked right, but it did not really work.

ZeeThat is common. A demo and a product are different things. The gap is security, the awkward cases, tests, monitoring and the plan for running it. That gap is our job.

  • KayWill it leak our data or make things up?

ZeeIt can, if nobody plans for it. We decide where your data goes, test the AI against your real cases before launch, and a person approves anything that spends money or cannot be undone.

  • KayWhat if the AI tool changes its prices or disappears?

ZeeWe design so the model can be swapped, and your code, data, prompts and accounts stay in your name. Everything is written down, so you are never stuck.

  • KayWill I be paying for work an AI did in minutes?

ZeeNo. Our quotes are itemised. Where AI saves us time, the quote reflects it. You pay for the decisions, the checking and the running.

  • KayCan I do some of it myself with AI?

ZeeOften, yes, and we will tell you which parts.
